These days grain coffee is in great demand since it is considered to be a natural and healthy substitute for the regular coffee. For all those who need to avoid the regular coffee due to the medical or health reasons, there is a great substitute available known as grain coffee.

For majority of us we intake at least 2-3 cups of coffee a day without realizing the fact that each extra cup of coffee that we take harms our health and even leads to coffee addiction. It is a proven fact that coffee contains a harmful element known as caffeine. Grain coffee is basically coffee alternative made from non-coffee products which are caffeine free and are used in order to imitate coffee.

Basically this coffee alternative is made using variety of ingredients but the most commonly it is done by roasting grain with other components such as almond, barley, barley malt, beech nut, beetroot, carrot, chicory root, corn, cotton seed, dandelion root, fig, boiled-down molasses, okra seed, pea, persimmon seed, potato peel and some other ingredients. The best part about grain coffee is that it does not contain caffeine.
